Print cut and pasted in the first (MS.LAT.848) of the five Angelica's manuscripts "La scuola del cristiano" (MS.LAT.848-52) edited to Rome in 1833. Problably, this prints was originally part of series of 'Youth of Christ', included also in the "Thesaurus sacrarum historiarum veteris testamenti" published by Gerard de Iode. Statement of print, engraver and inventor based on The New Hollstein. On the sheet, in black ink: "La Strage degl'Innocenti.". Very Foxing.
