Copy in reverse after engraving by Lucas Vorsterman, after Pieter Paul Rubens, first published in 1621; Of this copy, only the version in the Fondo Antico of the Vatican Library is known to us; The date of publication is based on the publishing date of the original print and on the biographical data of the printmaker François Ragot and of Anne of Austria, queen of France, to whom this print is dedicated (lower margin); Due to heavy damage, it is not clear if François Ragot is the engraver and/or publisher: Based on his other copies of Pieter Paul Rubens he is likely to be both; The place of publication is based on the place of activity of François Ragot. This print is in a very bad state. It was cut in two in the middle (and a part is missing/ or maybe two different prints were used to compose one new?), and there are many losses, probably caused by insects. Due to all these losses, it is very hard to read the now incomplete text in the margin. The print is mounted first to a solid paper, that is, a cut-out page of the volume: This was then glued horizontally in the album, and folded on both sides in order to fit in.
